WAREHOUSE UNLOADER / PICK AND PACK ASSOCIATE
Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Pick & Packer to join our operations team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate is organized, physically strong, and eager to be part of a collaborative team in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide quality order fulfillment and packaging
- Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and inventory duties
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks
- Unload incoming shipments and inspect all merchandise
- Organize and store inventory properly in designated locations
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including cleaning loading areas
- Move and relocate stock as needed
- Organize warehouse materials and manage recycling (e.g., bundling cardboard)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth shipping/receiving operations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in orderly condition
- Train new team members in shipping procedures
- Participate in brainstorming and improving systems to enhance organization and workflow
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory
