Social Media Internship / Associate
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to DMs and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned voice
- Support with drafting, scheduling, and organizing social media content when needed
- Assist with styling needs for social media shoots, including steaming, organizing, and prepping clothing/products
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and team, including scheduling, calendar management, and project coordination
- Maintain organized digital files, documents, and content libraries
- Help prepare engagement and social media performance reports
- Provide general office and team support to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- No Experience necessary but knowledge of social platforms preferred
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice
- Ability to steam, prep, and organize clothing/products for shoots (experience in fashion, styling, or retail is a plus)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
