Social Media Internship / Associate

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to DMs and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned voice
  • Support with drafting, scheduling, and organizing social media content when needed
  • Assist with styling needs for social media shoots, including steaming, organizing, and prepping clothing/products
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and team, including scheduling, calendar management, and project coordination
  • Maintain organized digital files, documents, and content libraries
  • Help prepare engagement and social media performance reports
  • Provide general office and team support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • No Experience necessary but knowledge of social platforms preferred
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice
  • Ability to steam, prep, and organize clothing/products for shoots (experience in fashion, styling, or retail is a plus)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
