DUTIES
- Greeting customers when they walk through the door
- Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
- Inviting customers to search the company’s website
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross sell products
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
- Manage store marketing channels such as SMS, Email marketing and social media
- Develop and manage client book
- Communicate with executives on daily store operations through daily recaps and weekly selling reports
- Manage stylist pulls and VIP purchases

REQUIREMENT
- Strong interest in Fashion
- Experience with social media channels
- Experience using Shopify POS or similar software
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Experience with Klaviyo & Attentive is a preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
